/ Festival entry & accreditation

Entry (accreditation)

Pick up your accreditation at the Info Point, situated at the entrance of the Center Rog. Accreditation is required for access to the festival and your stand.

Important notice

On Friday, 25 September, from 10:00 to 18:00, we kindly ask that you refrain from leaving any items in the museum lobby (Roasters Village area), so that the Rog Center can operate smoothly that day. Please manage all waste produced during assembly and disassembly on your own.

Vehicle access

• Delivery access Friday, 25 September, 06:00 – 10:00
• Pick-up Sunday, 27 September, 18:00 – 23:00
  Monday, 28 September, 07:00 – 10:00

All vehicles must leave immediately after loading and unloading. Vehicle parking is not allowed in the area.

Access to the festival venue by vehicle is permitted only with prior notification on the day of delivery and pick-up, by calling +386 70 609 596.

Installation of exhibition stands

• Friday, 25 September, 06:00 – 10:00 or 18:00 – 22:00 Setup can be conducted in all festival areas. All rough and noisy activities are allowed during this period.
• Friday, 25 September, 10:00 – 18:00 Only minor and quieter tasks are permitted, in the Industry Zone. No equipment setup is permitted in the Roasters Village area during this time.
• Saturday, 26 September, 08:00 – 09:30

Removal of exhibition stands

• Sunday, 27 September, 18:30 – 23:00
• Monday, 28 September, 07:00 – 10:00

All stands and equipment must be removed by the deadline. Exhibitors are responsible for their own waste removal.

Opening hours

• Saturday, 26 September 10:00 – 18:00
• Sunday, 27 September 10:00 – 18:00

Exhibitors may enter from 08:00.

Accreditation

Required for access to all festival areas, except The Lab Panel Forum on Sunday, 27 September, for which a special ticket is needed.

Electricity

• Stands A01–A12 in Roasters Village & Slovenian Roasters Place: 1500 W as standard, up to 3500 W total with additional purchase.
• Other stands: power by arrangement.

Water

• No direct water at A01–A12 — use manual fill or the BRITA station at the BRITA stand.
• Other stands must arrange their own water (canisters).

Waste disposal

• General waste bins are provided, for small waste only.
• Exhibitors must remove larger waste themselves.
• Separate buckets are provided for waste water and coffee grounds — please do not put either in the general bins.

There is no exhibitor-reserved parking, and delivery vehicles may only enter for loading and unloading. There is a public garage under the building and several more around it:
