Entry (accreditation)

Please collect your accreditation at the ticket desk (LCF INFO POINT) on the ground floor of Center Rog. Accreditation is mandatory for access to the festival venue and your exhibition stand.

Vehicle access to the venue is organised via Trubarjeva ulica. All vehicles must leave the area immediately after unloading or loading. Parking vehicles within the Center Rog premises is strictly prohibited.

Vehicle access to the venue is only possible with prior notification on the day of delivery or collection by calling +386 70 609 596.

Use of the freight lift

The freight lift may be used to transport exhibition and technical equipment to the festival venue on the first floor. It can only be operated with an access card, which must be collected from and returned to the Center Rog ticket desk on the ground floor.

Exhibition stand set-up

• Thursday, 24 September, 09:00 – 14:00 Delivery trucks can access the venue through the park via Trubarjeva ulica, and the freight lift can be used. Roasters Village may set up until 22:00.
  No stand set-up in the Industry Zone (Alpro, MTpak, AB, Sibarist, Milbok), Street Food or the Tea and Chocolate Village on Thursday.
• Friday, 25 September, 07:00 – 11:00 Access through the park via Trubarjeva ulica is not possible, and the freight lift cannot be used. Please come in through the Center Rog garage (passenger cars only) and use the visitor lift. Deliveries only — stand set-up starts at 15:00.
• Friday, 25 September, 15:00 – 22:00 Stand set-up for every zone: the Roasters Village, the Industry Zone (Alpro, MTpak, AB, Sibarist, Milbok), Street Food and the Tea and Chocolate Village. Industry Zone (Alpro, MTpak, AB, Sibarist, Milbok): delivery trucks cannot reach the venue before 19:00, so deliver your equipment on Thursday and set up on Friday afternoon or on Saturday morning.
• Friday, 25 September, 19:00 – 22:00 Delivery trucks can access the venue through the park via Trubarjeva ulica, and the freight lift can be used.
• Saturday, 26 September, 07:00 – 09:00 Delivery trucks can access the venue through the park via Trubarjeva ulica, and the freight lift can be used. Minor set-up work only, for every zone — all work must be completed no later than 09:00.

Exhibition stand dismantling

• Sunday, 27 September, 18:30 – 22:00
• Monday, 28 September, 07:00 – 12:00

All exhibition stands and equipment must be removed within the stated timeframes. Exhibitors are responsible for removing their own waste.

Opening hours

• Saturday, 26 September 10:00 – 18:00
• Sunday, 27 September 10:00 – 18:00

Exhibitors may access the festival venue from 07:00 on Saturday, 26 September, and from 08:00 on Sunday, 27 September.

Accreditation

Mandatory, without exception, for all accredited persons entering the festival venue.

Ceramic cups

• Disposable plastic and paper cups are prohibited — please do not bring them to the festival.
• Every visitor receives a ceramic cup at the entrance and carries it with them throughout the festival. Please serve your tastings in these cups.

Electricity

• Stands A01–A30 in the Roasters Village are provided with electrical power of up to 3,000 W.
• Exhibitors who have purchased additional electrical capacity may use a maximum of 5,000 W.
• Other stands: electrical supply as agreed in advance.
• Each stand gets one power connection. Extension cables are not provided — every exhibitor must bring their own extension cables and power strips.

Water

• There are no direct water supply or drainage connections at any of the exhibition stands — the organiser provides filtered water at the BRITA Water Station.

Waste disposal

• General waste bins available during the festival are intended for smaller quantities of waste only.
• Exhibitors are responsible for all larger waste and must not leave or store it within the festival venue or its surroundings.
• Empty your coffee grounds into the special brown containers — grounds only, with no water. Pour waste water down the toilets, never into the brown containers or the general bins.

/ Parking

Exhibitors are not provided with free parking spaces for delivery or private vehicles. Delivery vehicles may enter the venue only for the time required to unload or load exhibition equipment. Center Rog has a small underground car park within the building, and additional car parks and parking garages are available nearby:
