We are excited to announce one of the most anticipated events atthis year’s Ljubljana Coffee Festival – the Panel Forum on Specialty Coffee & Haute Cuisine. This forum is of paramount importance for the future of building a robust coffee culture in Slovenia. Welcome to the Sensory Cupping Room at the Ljubljana Coffee Festival, where we invite you to embark on an extraordinary journey through the world of specialty coffee. Here, participants have the exclusive opportunity to explore a vast array of offerings from the finest European green coffee importers and renowned domestic and European roasters. Barista Battle Challenge

This thrilling competition welcomes baristas from around the europe to showcase their knowledge in a series of exhilarating 4 disciplines: latte art, espresso order, cupping, and signature Espresso Martini.
Latte Art Throwdown Slovenia
Get ready for a fast-paced showdown of creativity, precision, and milk mastery! This open competition welcomes all baristas to battle head-to-head in knockout rounds, where each pour counts.
Akademija Stow – Workshops

Designed for home brewers and curious enthusiasts, these 30 minute sessions are led by the professional trainers from Stow Coffee Academy. Whether you’re new to espresso, latte art, curious about filter brewing or interested how to prepare perfect turkish coffee—this is your chance.
